Script: Written in various Gothic book hands, hybrid, and secretary scripts.
Layout: Written in 2 columns, ruled in lead, ink, or drypoint.
Foliation: Paper, 324; [1-324]; modern pencil foliation upper right recto; unnumbered partial leaves between f.315 and f.316, and between f.317 and f.318; leaf with text written on it torn out between f. 165 and 166.
Binding: Red calf (stamped with a geometric pattern) over wooden boards; metal cornerpieces and brass bosses.
Decoration: Initials in red ink, ranging in size throughout codex from 2 to 11 lines; rubricated capitals and underlining; 6-line decorated initial in red, green and black ink (f. 94r).
