Binding: Early sixteenth-century French calf, flush to text block, blind stamped with the crowned fleur-de-lis of Louis XII of France and the crowned ermine of his wife, Anne of Brittany; remnants of holes for clasps; restored and rebacked
Layout: Two columns of forty-three lines for gloss, number of lines for main text varies; some prickings visible; ruled in lead; red running titles throughout; written area: 120 x 87 mm for gloss, 43 mm width for central text with varying height

Decoration: Three illuminated initials on first page; red and blue initials and paragraph markers throughout
