Layout: Written in 2 columns of 33 lines; unruled.
Script: Written in rounded gothic script.
Decoration: Ten 2-line initials in alternately blue with red pen flourishing and purple dots, or red with purple pen flourishing and red dots.
Origin: Written in Italy during the 15th century.
Foliated 'clxxiiij' in original red ink on upper margin.
Probably owned by Otto F. Ege of Cleveland, OH, or one of his circle, such as Ernst F. Detterer of Chicago, IL, whose ms. leaves were dispersed by Brentano's after his death; sister leaf at Denison University was part of an Ege portfolio; present acquired by Brentano's Bookstores, Inc. (1947?); Vassar College: in pencil, 'Psalter Italy, 15th century' and 'Brentano Feb. '50 [dollars]2.50' and... - Keyword:
