Pagination: With a few numbering errors, each work is paginated individually in pencil, upper left recto (only rectos are numbered) ([1]-284, [1]-248) ; catchwords every verso, lower left. Layout: 36-37 long lines; frame-ruled. Script: Written in maghribi script in brown ink. Decoration: Rubrications in red for headers and source-text. Binding: Copy is disbound. Covers are brown leather over pasteboard with flap (Type II). Covers are blind stamped with central mandorla and have a blind tooled frame. Flap has coordinating stamp and tooling. Origin: Copy is dated 23 Ramadan 1106 A.H. (7 May 1695); probably copied in North Africa. Watermarks: Crown over name (?) over bell. Formerly owned by Marcus Jastrow and Morris Jastrow, Jr.
