Layout: Written in 9 long lines of text running underneath staves (9 per page); ruled in dry point; prickings in margins.
Script: Written in late-gothic script.
Decoration: fol. 10, illustration showing the relationship among the hexachords (echoing the shape of an organ); 1-2 line initials in blue and red.
Music: Red 4-line staves with black square notation.
Origin: Written in Northern Italy in about 1597.
