Decoration: fol. 10, illustration showing the relationship among the hexachords (echoing the shape of an organ); 1-2 line initials in blue and red. Music: Red 4-line staves with black square notation. Origin: Written in Northern Italy in about 1597. Armorial bookplate: Conte Domenico Levera. Former owner's inscription: Aus der Calendar Benutzung lässt sich schliessen, dass Buch um 1596 geschrieben ist.
