Provenance: Written in Rome in 1462 by Lambert Leynen, probably a cleric from the low countries (see Goldschmidt catalogue entry). The manuscript belonged to the library of the Carthusian Charterhouse of Saint Barbara in Cologne (St. Barbara's new number: O 35 on spine).
