Collation: Parchment, 72; 1-3⁸, 4¹², 5-6⁸, 7-8⁶, 9⁸; [1-72]; modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto.
Folios 1-58 are 14th century, folios 59-72 are 13th century, originally from at least two different manuscripts, from Germany (according to Zacour-Hirsch).
Script: Written in a Gothic hybrid script by at least 5 different hands.
Decoration: Rubrication throughout.
Binding: Modern vellum over wooden boards.
Item 1 incipit: De Castitate et continentia (f. 1r) [first letters of alphabet are missing]. (This work, titled Liber Scintillarum in Zacour-Hirsch, is not the same text as that of Defensor.)
Item 2, second sermon incipit: Primum querite regnum dei et hec omnia adicientur vobis (f. 30r).
Item 3 incipit: In nomine Iesu Christi incipiunt interrogaciones que de scripturis sanctis et canonibus sacris in foro penitencie ad utilitatem confitencium fieri possunt et debent (f. 37r).
Item 4, second sermon incipit: Effundam spiritum meum super omnem carmen (f. 53r).
Item 6 incipit: Inter Ierusalem et Babyloniam nulla pax est sed guerra continua (f. 59r) (Migne 183, 761-765).
