Extensive staining, some smudging, and some paper repairs. In fair condition. Origin: Ramaḍān 1107 H [April 1696] in Iṣfahān, by the author (fol. 199b). On fol. 1a, owner's note date 1242 H [1826 or 7], as well as birth notices bearing dates 1231-1245 H.
