Written in a semi-rotunda gothic book hand, with musical notation in black on red staves. The text is on the verso; the recto is blank except for the number CLXXIIII written in large red letters. A large historiated initial H shows St. Martin on horseback dividing his cloak with a beggar. The initial extends into a decorated part-border with leaves and birds. Bequest of Philip Hofer, 1984.
