Quire and leaf signatures in letters and roman numerals in the lower right corner, some partly or wholly trimmed away. Ruled space, 172 x 108 mm; 2 columns of 36 lines; 27 lines for the canon...
Music: Music notation in black on 4-line red staves.
Decoration: One full page miniature, f. 148v, of the Crucifixion with the small figure of a Dominican friar kneeling at the foot of the cross; five 7- or 6-line historiated initials with full bar and foliage borders.
Last leaves damaged by damp.
