Incipit: In nomine domini amen. Anno ab ipsius domini salutifera ... (f. 1r); Explicit: ... Tomaso Buonin regni Domenicano (f. 94v).
Foliation: Parchment, ii + 119; 1-86, [87-119]; contemporary foliation in ink, modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto.
Script: Written in multiple hands.
Decoration: Large pen-and-ink initials at the beginning of some imbreviature (for example, f. 1r); notarial signets throughout.
Origin: Written in Siena, 1499-1585.
