Layout: Written in 40-48 long lines. Script: Written in multiple Gothic cursive hands. Decoration: Sketch of a face with initial A (f. 24r); manicules (f. 41r, 42r, 61r, 62v). Binding: Contemporary half leather over wooden boards, upper cover largely missing. Lower cover has remnants of two metal clasps, each with the image of a lamb and flag topped with a cross. Watermark: Similar to Briquet, Colonne 4412 (Sienne, 1465) (for example, f. 89). Origin: Written in Siena and Pavia, 1466-1468 (Zacour-Hirsch). Formerly owned by Marques de Barbera y de la Manresa (Zacour-Hirsch). Sold by Laurence Witten (New Haven, Conn.), 1960.
