Collation: Paper, ii (modern paper) + 211 + ii (modern paper); 1¹¹ 2-13¹² 14¹⁵ 15⁹ 16-17¹² 18⁸; gatherings 2-13 signed B-I, K-L, L-N on the recto of their first leaves, lower right corner; gatherings 14-17 have a catchword on the verso of their last leaves, lower right corner; 1-207, [208-211]; contemporary or near-contemporary foliation in ink, upper right recto.
Layout: Written in 30-32 long lines with marginal notes for the first eleven lectures (through f. 19v); text block dimensions temporarily change to 243 x 148 mm at the beginning of the lectures on the fifth book of the Physics (f. 156r-174v).
Script: Written in an italic script by a single hand, with f. 161v-164v possibly in a second hand.
Origin: Written in Italy (Zacour-Hirsch) in 1549 (f. 1r).
