Paginated with letters of the alphabet, left margin.
Leaves of palm leaf with two central holes approximately 19 cm apart, cord through one set of holes, and gilt edges (numerous leaves stuck together by their gilt edges).
Simple wooden covers, with gilt on the sides, probably from the process of gilding the text block.
Possibly from Cambodia, taken by force (during 1831 invasion) or received as a gift, and deposited at the royal court in Thailand in 1834 (note in Thai script on each bundle; Justin McDaniel). - Keyword:
