Decoration: Numerous diagrams in text in red; some diagrams in black ink in marginal notes; overlining and selected words in red.

Foliation: Paper, i (modern) + 62 + i (modern); [1-62], modern foliation in pencil, upper left recto.
Layout: Written in 21 long lines.
Ownership stamp (f. 61v).
Formerly owned by Prince Sadruddin Aga Khan; sold at auction as part of his collection at Piasa (Paris), 7 June 1999.
