Collation: Paper, 409 + i; 41 gatherings, alternating between 8 and 12 leaves, with 1 extra leaf added to the last gathering; [1-409], modern foliation in pencil, upper left recto. Catchwords on each leaf, lower left verso.
Layout: Written in 15 long lines; frame ruled.
Script: Written in a naskh script in black ink; pointed.
Decoration: Numerous diagrams in red ink; rubrications in red.
Binding: Contemporary red leather with flap (Type II), blind-stamped central mandorla on covers and flap; marbled paper doublure.
Origin: Copy completed in A.H. 899 (1493-1494, colophon, f. 409r).
Paper: Visible laid lines with chain lines in groups of 3.
