Parchment. 4 folios, 272 x 203 mm. Written in a 17th-century French cursive legal script. Two parchment ties join the two bifolia.
Produced in France; dated 22 Mars 1694 in top left margin of folio 1 recto, "Janvier 1694" below the main text on folio 4 recto and "1694" below inscription on folio 4 verso. 10-line inscription in near-contemporary hand on verso of final folio describing nature of the document. On recto of first folio: stamp (possibly of the Généralité d'Orléans) in black ink, of a heart with 3 fleur-de-lis...
