Binding: French, blind-stamped dark green morocco by Belz-Niedrée with superexlibris of the Bibliothèque de Mello on both covers, parchment doublures in gold-tooled frame, early twentieth century
Layout: Written area: 224 x 145 mm; 1 column of 15 lines; Occasionally with five four-line staves; rubricated headings describing the introit appear before each historiated initial, blue ink ruling, prickings visible
Script: Gothic bookhand
Decoration: Twenty-two Historiated initials, five borders of flora and fauna, two smaller historiated initials, approximately three hundred illuminated and decorated letters.
