Script: Written in a gothic bookhand in black ink with red rubrics.
Layout: 1 column, 9 lines. Bounding and writing lines in blind, square Gregorian notation on 5-line red staff.
Decoration: 2-staff-high historiated initial [O] on recto: busts of five saints afloat in a deep blue heavenly background, their hands clasped in prayer, with God, crowned and holding an orb, above. Foliate border in lower margin in colors and gold.
Binding: Housed in an oversize folder.
Origin: Written in Germany in the mid-fifteenth century.
