Ms. codex. Decoration: 6 historiated initials (fols. 1v, 15r, 188r, 144v, 150r); full-page border; 12 illuminated initials, one signed by the miniaturist Bernardino de Capris (fol. 10v). Musical notation: 4-line staves, square notes. Origin: Written in Novara, Italy in the 16th century for the church of the Lateran Canons of St. Martin. Obtained from L. S. Olschki (Inv. no. 22998).
