Parent volume: William Ardene Shoults, of London (date of acquisition unknown); Selwyn College, Dunedin, New Zealand (deaccessioned and sold July 1, 1938); Marks & Co., London (1938); Dawson's Bookshop, Los Angeles (in February 1940 catalog); broken up (present leaf and others in April and May 1940 catalogs); from same volume as Leaf 37 in the Vassar College collection.
