Foliation: Modern foliation added in pencil, upper left recto; catchwords every verso, lower left.
Layout: Chiefly written in 13 long lines; some pages border and frame ruled. Replacement pages written in 12 long lines. Some marginalia.
Script: Chiefly written in nastaʻlīq in black ink; pointed and partially vocalized. Replacement pages written in naskh in black ink; pointed.
Decoration: Majority of the pages have the textblock border-ruled in double red with the page-opening frame-ruled also in double red (f. 7-73); rubrications in red; red dots mark poetry.
Binding: Pages are loose and are held in covers with flap; marbled paper sides (mostly rubbed) and flap; reused paper scrap doublure; red leather spine and fore-edge hinges; labels on cover.
Origin: The copy was completed in the month of Shawwāl, but the year is not legible; probably 17th century or 18th century (f. 44r)
Watermarked European paper: Mošin and Grozdanovic-Pajié Type VIII crown-star-crescent.
