29 lines per page. Written in small nastaʻlīq in black ink with use of red. European glazed paper with watermark. Ḥāshiyah on the margin. Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals (omits the first blank fol.). Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "Ḥikmah 15". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "Ḥāʼ 345".
Text 2 copied by Muḥammad Ṣāliḥ, known as Isḥāqʹzādah at the end of Muḥarram 1067 (colophon, fol. 94a).
Two ownership statements on fol. 1a, one signed ʻĀrif Sharafʹzādah, dated 1178 H. [1764 or 5]. Acquired from Abraham Shalom Yahuda, 1942.
