25 lines per page. Written in medium small naskh in black ink with use of red. European glazed paper with watermark. The two first line of fol. 1-12 are hardly legible due to water damage. Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "ʻAqāʼid 32". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "359/2 Ḥāʼ".
Copy completed on Yawm al-Sabt at the end of Ṣafar 1057 [April 1647] (colophon, fol. 62a).
