Copy completed on 4 Shaʻbān 1016 [Nov. 24, 1607] by ʻUmar ibn Aḥmad ibn ʻUmar al-Damsīsī (colophon, fol. 112b).
Ownership statement with seal, signed al-Sayyid Haytham(?) al-Ḥusaynī Sibṭ Abū al-ʻAbbās al-ḤRTīnī(?) on fol. 112b. Acquired from Abraham Shalom Yahuda, 1942.
