Two sets of glosses in unframed columns on the margin, apparently written by the same hand as the main text. European paper with watermark; glossy. Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals (omits the first two blank folios). Chiefly quinions. Catchword on the verso of each leaf. Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "Thālith 101". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "591/2 Ḥ". Origin: According to colophon, copy completed in 1092 H. (fol. 70a). Two ownership statements on fol. 1a, in the name of Ḥasan al-muftī bi.---(?) and of al-Ḥājj Ḥusayn al-Jūramī, al-muftī bi-Madīnah-i ---(?), the latter dated 1222 H. Acquired from Abraham Shalom Yahuda, 1942.
