Written in medium small naskh with elements of taʻlīq, in black ink with use of red. The text is framed within a gold line outlined in black in the introduction, in two red lines on the other leaves. Contains tables and one diagram (zāʼirjah, fol. 25b) in black, red, and gold. Glazed... Inscription on a label pasted on the upper cover: "1040 [Arabic numerals] [next line] 183 [Western numerals]". Origin: Copy completed on 1 (ghurrah) Jumādá al-Awwal 1041 [Nov. 25, 1631] by Muḥammad al-Kātib al-ẒNī baladan al-Ṭarābulusī al-Mawlawī, known as Ibn al-Muflis (colophon, 115b). Copied for the Library of Fakhr al-Dīn Bey al-Karīm known as Ibn Maʻn (colophon, fol. 115b). Several ownership statements on fol. 1a, in the name of Ibrāhīm al-shahīr bi-Būzahjī Zādah and Muḥammad ibn Sulaymān, with seal.
