Origin: Copy completed 28 Dhū al-Qaʻdah 1066 [17 September 1656] by ʻAlī ibn Aḥmad ibn al Ḥasan ibn Sharaf al-Dīn ibn ʻIzz al-Dīn ibn ʻAlī ... ibn al-Sibṭ ibn Amīr-al-Muʼminīn ʻAlī ibn Abī Ṭālib (fol. 131b).
