Pastedowns and endpapers bear numerous inscriptions and notations. Ms. in naskh script on heavy glazed paper. 16.4 x 12.5 cm. Headings, keywords and punctuation in red ink. Catchwords; some vocalization. Some marginal doodlings, but very few substantive glosses. One or more lacunae, especially at the beginning. Paper is glazed laid stock, probably handmade. Numerous stains; considerable soiling. First gathering detached from text block. Slightly dog eared. Leaves bear one of two watermarks: a cresent; the letter P in a circle or shield with some type of dependency. Binding is dark brown leather over boards. Spine is plain except for two bands covering link stitching. Covers have double fillet border. Verso cover has diamond-shaped device consisting of parallel lines. Apexes touch fillets at midpoints.
