Physical description: 19 lines per page. Written in medium small naskh in black ink with use of red. Red circle text-stops. The text is framed within two red lines. European paper with watermark.
Two spine labels (vertical), reading respectively: "al-Āyāt al-maqṣūrah ʻalá al-abyāt al-maqṣūrah lil-shaykh ʻAbd al-Qādir al-Ṭabarī" (in Arabic script), and "50" (in Arabic and Western numerals).
Origin: Copy completed in Jumād[á] Awwal 1107 [Dec. 1695-Janv. 1696] by ʻAbd al-Nāṣir al-Jazīrī (colophon, fol. 277a).
Acquired by Robert Garrett from Brill, Leyden, 1925, from the books of Murād Bey al-Bārūdī (Beirut).
