First leaf and last four leaves damaged by insects. Numbered 2-217 in pencil in western numerals. Record follows erroneous numbering.
Origin: Copy completed Ṣafar 1056 H. [March or April 1646] by Aḥmad ibn ʻAbd Allāh ibn Ḥabash (fol. 215b).
