Fol. 39 has some wormholes causing the loss of a few letters. Slight damp staining, mainly marginal. Text is on fol. 1b-92a. Origin: Copied by Sulaymān ibn ʻAlī ibn Ṣāliḥ during Rabīʻ al-Thānī 1084 AH (July 1673 AD).
