Layout: 23 lines per page.
Description: Written in casual medium small script in black ink. Title page in red ink. Thick dark cream paper with pulp and chain and laid lines visible. Most leaves are mended with loss of text. Water-damaged.
Origin: Copy completed on Yawm al-Aḥad 23 Rajab 756 by Maḥmūd ibn Mahdī (Muḥammad?) in Bahsanī (colophon, fol. 20a, refering also to Fakhr al-Dīn, known as al-Uṣūlī, and followed by two verses of poetry).
Ownership statement signed Aḥmad ibn Sulaymān al-Ḥusaynī al-Qādirī on fol. 1a, and one signed Muḥyī al-Dīn Afandī al-Nābulusī, dated 1256 H. on fol. 21b. Acquired by Robert Garrett from Brill, Leyden, 1900.
