Manuscript written in on paper in Oriental square and cursive handwriting. Shelfmark: MS X893 K824 The leaves are not in a clear order. Befor the prayer for Passover, another copyist addae several amulets. At the end of the Ms. another copyist added amulets (in Arabic), a prayer for baby boys, and a short description of Shelomoh ben Sefat, who past away. The Ms. was written by several copyists. The Ms. also contains Simane Tekufot.
