Origin: Written in Isfahan, Iran in 1120 Armenian calendar [A.D. 1671] (consult Gwara, S. Otto Ege's manuscripts pages 5-6, footnote 14 for more information about the colophon of the source manuscript); incorrect place and date given by Ege: Armenia, 1121; and by Masi: Armenia, 12th century.
Written on burnish paper.
Foliation "46" in light purple ink on recto, first line, between columns.
