Used at one time as an outside wrapper of a binding; unevenly trimmed all around; one side of leaf severely faded; lacking top half of leaf and half a column of one page.
Layout: Two columns (one column 74 x 229 mm); 23 lines visible; ruled in hardpoint.
Script: Caroline minuscule.
Decoration: Rubricated title; red initial.
Origin: Written in Germany during the 10th century. Location and date listed as French, 9th century in Masi but corrected as German, 10th century in Bischoff.
Faded rubric on recto appears "Lectio sancti evangelii Math [...?]" however, verse is Luke VI, 17 "In illo tempore. Descendens ih[esu]s de monte stetit in loco campestri" followed by homilie probably by Haimo of Auxerre (also attributed to Haymo, Bishop of Halberstadt) "Non solum p[er] misterium incarnationis de coelo in terra[m]"; next column begins "...ne infirmitati condescendere dignatus... - Keyword:
