Origin: Written in Germany or St. Gall in approximately 1000.
Music: Text with neumes with use of trigon, pressus, and salicus; only one type of virga; many rhythmic marks, but no letters.
Outline for the mass for St. Elysabth added in red at top of verso in a later hand (possibly 12th century).
Written in margin on verso in a later hand in black ink (12th century?): Alleluia In conspectu angelorum psallam tibi domine deus meus.
Written in pencil at foot of verso: 1934-5-39.
