Script: Written in gothic textualis media.

2. Decoration: Initials of the same size and color decorated with dogs, centaurs, a merman, hybrid dragon monsters (some with human heads), birds with human heads, and other hybrids. Attributed to the early Aurifaber atelier in Paris. Cf. Branner, R. Manuscript painting in Paris.
3. Decoration: Red and blue flourished initials frequently extended to form borders to the left of one or the other written columns.
