Leaf contains sung portions from the chant for the feast of Michael the Archangel "Stetit Angelus iuxta aram templi habe[n]s thuribulum aureum in manu sua et." Liturgical chants on red 5-line staves with black square notation. Text written in rotunda script on parchment. Foliation in red on recto: lxxcij[?]. Probably used as part of binding; all edges frayed due to some sort of fastener.
