Collation: Paper (soft and furry), fol. 34 ; 1-310 410 (-5-10), an undetermined number of folios missing before fol. 1 ; horizontal catchwords in center of lower margins
Layout: Written in 32-36 long lines, the first written line hung from first ruled line; frame ruled in pencil.
Script: Written in Italian hybrida media; capitals occasionally reflect humanistic influence.
Decoration: Red initials with violet flourishes alternating with blue initials and red flourishes; fol. 1r: crude red bracket marginal decoration added to give a defective manuscript the appearance of completeness and thus conceal the loss of leaves before fol. 1.
Origin: Written in northern Italy; date of 1537 on fol. 33v may be date of composition or the date of this transcription.
