Layout: Written in 21 long lines, no writing on the last ruled line ; ruled in pencil. Script: Written in gothic textualis media with one-story "a", trailing terminal "s", incorporating an increasing number of humanistic traits toward the end. Decoration: Pseudo-gothic decoration and pen drawing, approximately 1900, throughout. Origin: Written in Italy in the middle of the 15th-century. Former owner's inscription, 17th-century?, fol. 1r upper margin: Ascanio Mignini.
