One leaf beginning "Agnus Dei" and including partial "Credo solemnis"; another leaf begining "fidelibus in te [con]fidentib[us] sacru[m] ..." and including partial Lauda syon "in festo corporis [Christ]i seq[ue]ntia." Manuscript leaves foliated in brown ink 37, 40, 45, 69. Layout: Written in 5 long lines, ruled in brown ink and hard-point. Script: Written in Italian rotunda. Decoration: Bifolium leaf 1r with historiated "A" with woman handing man loaf of bread, acanthus leaves in blue, pink, green, yellow, and red extend into the margin; bifolium leaf 2v historiated "G" with St. Benedict[?], acanthus leaves in blue and pink extending into the margin; verso of leaf beginning "Agnus Dei" with historiated "C" monk in green robes with thurible, acanthus leaves in... Music: Red 4-line staves with black square and measured notation; 5 staves per page; Credo in measured notation with mensuration sign. Origin: Probably written in Italy, 17th century.
