Collation: Paper, fol. 315 + i (modern foliation 1-316) ; 112(-1) 2-1112 1210(-9) 13-1512 1610 17-2612 2712(3 and 4 stubs only, text of the 16th century removed); horizontal catchwords.
Layout: Written in 21-24 long lines; ruled in lead point; fol. 278v and 279r, leaves left blank in mid text, "Nihil deficit" written horizontally across leaves by the scribe; other leaves intentionally left blank in mid quire include, fol. 48r, 48v, 141r, 141v, 158v, 201v, 211r, and 211v.
Script: Written in humanistic cursiva formata by at least four scribes.
Decoration: fol. 1r, gold initial with violet flourishes 8 lines high; alternating red and blue initials; red paragraph marks; fol. 212r-307r, initials in black; minor initials often touched with yellow.
Origin: Written in central Italy in 1484 or 1485, dated on fol. 209v. Fol. 311r: a male bust with the inscription "Ego sum qui hunc librum scripsti" written in a different script from the text, probably after 1500. - Keyword:
