Collation: Parchment, fol. 72 (leaves foliated in ink 2-13, 15-37, 39-45, 47-78, 66-91; foliated in pencil 2-13, 15-37, 39-40); 16 29(+1, -7) 3-48 58(-6) 68(-6) 78(-1) 8-98 108(-6, -8); two gatherings lacking between quires 6 and 7; "5" written in black ink at head of fol. 1r.
Layout: Written in 20 long lines; frame-ruled in red ink; prickings visible in outer margin.
Script: Written in Spanish textura rotunda.
Decoration: Alternating red and blue initials with black and red pen frames, respectively; black strapwork initials occur only during texts of Holy Week.
Origin: Probably written in Spain in the 16th century.
Music: Red 5-line staves with black square notation; six staves per page.
