Collation: Paper (watermarked with tête de beouf with six-lobed flower, cf. Briquet 14800 sqq., and croix latine, not in Briquet), fol. 319 (foliated 2-299 in contemporary arabic numerals with no leaf foliated 141, 222, 279, 288, 289, two leaves foliated 244 and 226; four unnumbered leaves after fol. 163; single unnumbered leaves of varying shape after fol. 10, 67, 126, 132, 136, 159, 198...
Layout: Written in 36 to 57 long lines; some sheet rules in large squares.
Script: Written in gothic cursica currens of uneven quality, probably by one hand.
Origin: Written in Erfurt by Johannes Hagen, prior of the Carthusian monastery of Mons salvatoris, as indicated by rewritten fragments inserted following fol. 197 and 226, in 1460, this date appearing on fol. 155 and 278; choice of text corresponds closely to the inventory of study notes left by Johannes Hagen.
