Collation: Parchment, fol. 146 (folios with text removed after fol. 10, 11, 74, 95 (stub bearing traces of marginal decoration present), 139 (stub bearing traces of marginal decoration present), and 142); 112(-11) 210(-1) 3-710 84 910(-1) 1010 1110(-3) 12-1410 1510(-8) 166(-2); vertical catchwords on the initial leaf of each quire matching last words on the preceding quire.
Layout: Written in 16 long lines; ruled in brown ink.
Script: Written in Italian gothic textualis.
Decoration: Red initials with violet flourishes alternating with blue initials with red flourishes; simple red and blue initials within sections of text.
Origin: Written in Italy, probably after April, 14 1482, date of the canonization of Bonaventure, listed in the litany, and certainly after 1471, date of the succession of Sixtus IV, cited on fol. 73v; calendar, litany, and attribution of text 5 suggest possible Franciscan affinities.
