Thin dark cream paper, glossy, with large laid lines and pulp visible. Collation notes on the margin. Inscriptions and short texts in Arabic and Persian on fol. 1a-2a and 138b-142b. Inscription in Roman script on a spine label (vertical): "Y51" (repeated on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover). Inscription in Arabic in pencil on fol. (i)a: "Raqm 57 min kutub al-Baghdādī". Origin: According to colophon, copied by Ibn Muḥammad Ṣāliḥ ibn Muḥammad al-Wāʻiẓ al-Mashhadī Muḥammad Shafīʻ, Tuesday 16 Jumādá al-Awwal 1092 [June 3, 1681] (fol. 138a).
