Soft thick cream paper with regular laid lines and a few chain lines visible. The quires (quinions) are numbered using Arabic ordinals (see "ʻāshirat al-thānī" on fol. 4a). Origin: According to colophons, copied by Ibrāhīm ibn Yaʻqūb ibn Ibrāhīm ibn Muḥammad ibn Ḥassān ibn Thābit al-Anṣārī in the Zāwiyat Banī Ḥassān in Ḥamāh. Juzʾ 1 completed on Sunday 14 Ramaḍān 770 [April 22, 1369] (fol. 159a). Juzʾ 2 completed on Saturday, last night (salkh) of Rajab 770 [March 10, 1369] (fol. 218a).
