13 lines per page. Written in medium large naskh in black ink with use of red for headings. Red dots outlined in black text-stops. Thick cream paper with laid and chain lines visible. Marginal annotations. Collation notes and inscriptions on the margins. Centre of the quires (mostly quinions) marked by signs on the corners in some vol. Catchword on the verso of each leaf. Some leaves worm-eaten.
Vol. 4 apparently from another set. 11 lines, written in medium large naskh in black ink with use of red ; black ink circle with one black dot at its center for textstops ; groups of four dots in red and in black at each side of the headings in the beginning of the vol.
