Foliation: Paper and parchment; iii (modern paper) + 109 + iii (modern paper); 1-105, [106-109]; contemporary foliation in ink, upper right recto; modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto. Catchwords on last leaf of each quire, lower center verso.
Layout: Written in 30 long lines; ruled in lead.
Script: Written in a Gothic script, with marginal notes in several additional hands.
Decoration: 3-line blue initial with red penwork ornamentation (f. 1r); red or blue initials, rubricated headings, capitals and paragraph markers throughout.
Binding: Modern morocco.
